Payments, Refunds, and Digital Items Policy

UnLaughable uses Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, payment processing, customer portal access, payment status, and related billing records. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords, or other payment credentials to UnLaughable through support, reports, chat, profile fields, or email.

Prices, taxes, currencies, subscription terms, renewal details, and checkout disclosures are shown at purchase where applicable. You are responsible for reviewing them before paying.

ELO cannot be bought, boosted, transferred, spent, wagered, or exchanged. Ranked wins, ranked losses, leaderboard placement, and skill rank must remain gameplay-based.

Allowed shop items may include memberships, gems, disclosed care packages, profile frames, badges, entrance effects, victory effects, laugh meter skins, themes, XP boosts, gem reward boosts, and cosmetic progress boosts.

Paid randomized rewards, loot boxes, gambling, cash-prize wagering, and ELO purchases are not allowed shop products.

Digital items may be account-bound, non-transferable, revocable, limited, cosmetic, time-limited, or subject to eligibility requirements. Buying a digital item gives you a limited license to use it in the service, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Care packages must show their contents before purchase. If a product grants exact items, gems, or entitlements, the checkout or product UI should identify what is included.

We may modify, rebalance, rename, replace, hide, or remove digital items when needed for product operation, safety, legal compliance, vendor changes, security, or abuse prevention.

Refund eligibility may depend on product type, subscription status, whether digital items were consumed, fraud signals, payment provider rules, applicable law, and the timing of the request.

Subscriptions can generally be canceled for future billing through the customer portal when available. Canceling a subscription does not always create a refund for the current period unless required by law or approved by support.

Chargebacks, payment fraud, unauthorized payment claims, or abuse of refunds may result in account restrictions, loss of entitlements, suspension, or additional verification.
