Moderation and Enforcement Policy

How reports, cooldowns, suspensions, bans, appeals, and admin decisions work.

Moderation goals

Moderation exists to keep the service adult-only, safe, competitive, and playable. It is not perfect, and it may combine user reports, automated metadata, admin review, account history, payment risk, and operational signals.

We prioritize urgent safety issues such as nudity, exposure, sexual behavior, underage suspicion, threats, hate, harassment, doxxing, evasion, fraud, and severe cheating.

We may take action before a full review when needed to protect users, preserve service integrity, comply with law, prevent repeat abuse, or reduce immediate risk.

Actions we may take

Actions may include warning, room disconnect, report flag, clip deactivation, cooldown, ranked restriction, shop restriction, profile rename, lobby correction, content removal, account suspension, account ban, payment review, refund denial, or law enforcement referral where appropriate.

We may restrict guests by browser, device, IP, guest ID, session, or other abuse-prevention signals. We may restrict registered users by account, payment risk, profile, lobby, or moderation history.

We may preserve report and enforcement metadata for repeat-offender review, legal defense, fraud prevention, safety, and audit purposes.

Appeals

You may contact support to appeal an enforcement decision. Include your account email, display name, match ID if available, approximate date and time, and a clear explanation.

Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement, refund, rank restoration, item restoration, or removal of moderation history. We may deny appeals that are abusive, incomplete, fraudulent, repetitive, or unsafe.

We are not required to disclose confidential detection thresholds, reporter identities, internal notes, anti-abuse signals, security methods, or vendor data.
